Join our team as a Bellman at The Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experiences. This position requires a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor to assist guests with their luggage, provide information about our amenities, and respond to any requests or inquiries. You will be the first point of contact for our guests upon arrival and the last upon departure, ensuring all interactions are handled with exceptional service standards-- you set the tone for our guests' stays!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and a friendly demeanor
- Assist with luggage and offer concierge services as needed
- Coordinate guest arrivals and departures efficiently
- Ensure the lobby and entrance areas are well-maintained
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, though not required
- Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent guest service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
